CIFNET - Post Institutional Training Programmes

On the completion of the institutional training in the regular course (MFC & VNC) the trainees have to acquire qualifying sea service as well as Apprentice workshop service as below for appearing the respective competency examinations with MMD.

Notice to ex-EDFVC trainees

Regular course	Qualifying services	Competency exam
VNC	9 months sea service	Mate (F.V.)
MFC	9 months sea service + 6 Apprentice workshop	Engine Driver (F.V.)

The post-institutional trainees are posted onboard the govt. vessels and workshops to acquire the above services. The priority lists of such trainees waiting for posting are given on the next page.
